2025
Legal-Operational Framework & UX Concept – Ventus Energy Group
Developed the core legal-operational framework and proprietary UX concept for Ventus Energy Group online platform presenting small-scale renewable-energy projects. The assignment covered the ownership and role structure between group entities and project SPVs, documentation templates and workflows, and investor-facing UX logic as an initial implementation of a broader funding architecture later further developed for other projects. KI Services acted solely as an external structuring and documentation consultant and was not involved in platform operations, client onboarding, or handling of funds.
2023
Investor Protection & Mediation: Kirsan Group vs. Reinvest24 Holding
Assisted in mediating a complex commercial dispute between Kirsan Group and a partnering company involved in several international real-estate projects. The work focused on organising communication processes, proposing balanced structural solutions for aligning stakeholder interests, and preparing documentation to support constructive dialogue among all parties. The role emphasised transparency and investor protection throughout the reconciliation process.

Despite initial progress, the resolution process was later affected by external legal proceedings and administrative developments beyond the parties’ control.


2022
Multinational Financing Framework & Platform Advisory – Kirsan Group
Advised on the legal and operational design of a new digital platform intended to coordinate financing workflows for real estate and renewable-energy projects across Spain, Latvia, Moldova, Germany, and Switzerland. Work included structuring documentation logic, advising on operational processes, and designing user-experience components in cooperation with Cobalt Legal Bureau, Estonia.
2022
Corporate Research & Analytical Modelling – MRA
Contributed to analytical research for an international initiative, the Moral Rating Agency, evaluating corporate conduct across global markets. Work included gathering and analysing data on company structures, ownership models, joint ventures, and operational ties, as well as assisting in the development of methodological components for an assessment algorithm.


2021
Corporate Structuring & Coordination – AIM (London)
Provided strategic support to an international industrial group in preparing internal organisational, reporting, and documentation frameworks required for engagement with AIM advisers in London. The work focused on structural alignment across subsidiaries and coordination with legal counsel to support the group’s evaluation process for potential public listing.
2020
Latitude Yachts Investment Project
Provided advisory on designing a structured financing concept for Latitude Yachts in Monaco, supporting the development of a model for project financing of an electric-engine yacht prototype. Work included contributing to the operational and legal logic and coordinating with DL Corporate & Regulatory, Monaco on legal-technical aspects of the project.


2020
Digital Loan-Processing Module Development
Designed and implemented a modular workflow solution for handling loan-related operational processes for several European fintech lenders. The module provided improved process automation, document handling logic, and integration with multi-currency digital and crypto payment gateways to support efficient onboarding and payment workflows.

Financial Oversight Advisory – Judo Federation of Latvia
Provided support in reviewing financial procedures and organisational agreements for the Judo Federation of Latvia. The role focused on enhancing transparency, improving documentation logic, and advising leadership on legal and financial process optimisation.

Structured Digital Financing Model – Liechtenstein
Developed a legal and technical framework for a tokenisation project in Liechtenstein, involving the design of a structured financing model supported by digital instruments. Work included drafting core documentation, creating valuation and calculation methodologies, and coordinating the project’s legal architecture with a local reputable law firm Naegele Attorneys at Law, Liechtenstein.
